Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager role at Brex involves serving as a financial technology advisor to the largest customers, partnering with CFOs and finance teams to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and adoption across enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on best practices across spend management and financial reporting.
• Build relationships across various functional areas to increase customer engagement.
• Lead business reviews and financial health checks.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks through data analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Own key metrics for accounts including GMV growth and customer health scores.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role with expertise in account health and executive relationships.
• Direct experience with accounting workflows and spend management tools.
• Experience managing complex, global enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees).
• Strong business acumen with a finance-first mindset.
• Ability to synthesize product data into strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fields preferred.

Benefits

Compensation for the role ranges from $117,600 to $147,000 USD, dependent on various factors including location and skills. The package may also include equity and other forms of compensation.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in the Salt Lake City office, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, with up to four weeks of fully remote work available each year.
