Overview

The Lead Company Operations Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs plays a crucial role in overseeing Leadership Operations, ensuring the effectiveness of the company’s strategic initiatives and executive forums. This position focuses on enhancing the operational framework to support the executive leadership team in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated calendar of executive forums, planning cycles, and decision points.
• Improve the rhythm of executive meetings, identifying and proposing changes to duplicative or low-value cadences.
• Prepare and manage board materials, ensuring accurate data and narratives are provided for discussions.
• Facilitate quarterly ELT Strategy Days, ensuring clear tracking of decisions and action items.
• Support weekly ELT meetings with agendas, facilitation materials, and decision documentation.
• Lead engagements with the senior leadership team (SLT), keeping them informed and involved in strategic discussions.
• Manage ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through on projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with executive or board-level forums, including agenda design and follow-through processes.
• Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency with data analysis, including spreadsheet work and ad hoc analysis.
• Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to leverage AI systems for operational tasks.
