Overview

The Lead Company Operations Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs plays a crucial role in the COO Office, responsible for developing strategies, holding leaders accountable, and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated calendar of executive forums, planning cycles, and decision points.
• Prepare board materials, including storylines and data management.
• Help run quarterly ELT Strategy Days and weekly ELT meetings, ensuring decision capture and follow-through.
• Lead and facilitate engagements with the SLT (Senior Leadership Team).
• Drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in program management or strategy, supporting senior executives.
• Demonstrated ownership of executive forums, with strong facilitation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with data and able to perform analysis.
• Familiarity with AI systems and ability to build workflows.

Location
