Pricing & Order Operations Analyst @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is looking for a Pricing & Order Operations Analyst to join their Order Operations & Monetization team. This remote role focuses on testing, validating system changes, and providing support for pricing and order operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing operations changes through requirements review, data validation, and documentation.
• Validate pricing-related changes across quoting, approvals, and order execution.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results and maintain the pricing and order operations regression test suite.
• Ensure alignment of order operations rules with pricing logic and systems.
• Troubleshoot and escalate order operations issues effectively.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, or business systems analysis.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and structured testing skills.
• Comfort using conversational AI tools for project work.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Proactive and organized with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bonus: Exposure to Revenue Recognition systems.
