Overview

The role of Relationship Manager at Brex involves supporting existing Startup clients by providing resources and guidance. Brex is an intelligent finance platform that combines corporate cards, banking, and spend management to assist companies in over 200 markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 companies, serving as the primary point of contact for founders, CFOs, and Chiefs of Staff.
• Maintain awareness of each client's financial health and growth trajectory to identify opportunities proactively.
• Uphold operational excellence through rigorous Salesforce hygiene.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by expanding product use and managing deposit acquisition.
• Execute competitive defense strategies to protect your book of business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
• Engage with customers through in-person meetings and curated events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in relationship management or similar roles, preferably in the startup or finance ecosystem.
• Record of exceeding quotas in competitive sales environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making.
• Understanding of the startup ecosystem.

Benefits

The expected OTE range for this role is $181,000 - $226,000, including base salary and commissions. Additional equity and compensation may be offered based on performance.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in San Francisco or New York City, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, with up to four weeks of remote work per year.
