Senior Product Manager, AI @Brex

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster. The Senior Product Manager role focuses on developing AI agents designed to support finance administrators in their tasks, enhancing compliance, and providing insights into company spending.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the Finance Admin AI area, including the strategy and roadmap.
• Translate finance workflows into agent behavior for production readiness.
• Define what "good judgment" means for financial agents and create evaluation and feedback processes.
• Prototype, measure, and iterate toward effective solutions.
• Engage with real finance admins to guide product iterations.
• Set and maintain a high-quality standard for agents in a financial context.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager with a track record of managing complex, user-facing products.
• Experience building products for finance or operational users.
• Understanding of company workflows or data/reporting, particularly for financial contexts.
• Technical depth in building systems that involve probabilistic decision-making.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and an agile work environment.
• Strong judgment in product decisions and a rapid iteration mindset.

Benefits

Location

This role requires in-office work in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City at least three days a week, with remote work allowed up to four weeks per year.
