Senior Product Manager, AI @Brex

Overview

Brex is an intelligent finance platform based in the United States that enables companies to manage spending efficiently through banking services and spend management solutions. The Senior Product Manager, AI will play a key role in developing AI-driven tools tailored for finance administrators to improve compliance and insightful financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the Finance Admin AI surface, including strategy, roadmap, and daily decisions.
• Translate complex finance workflows into effective agent behaviors in production.
• Define criteria for agent judgment, build evaluation metrics, and iterate processes as models evolve.
• Prototype, measure performance, analyze data, and refine product developments.
• Collaborate directly with finance admins at client companies to inform product iterations.
• Set and maintain a high quality standard for agents operating in critical financial contexts.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, user-facing products.
• Background in building products for company admins in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Understanding of company workflows or experience with data reporting.
• Technical depth and familiarity with AI/ML systems.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving system requirements.
• Strong judgment on product quality and user engagement.
• Skills in prototyping and data analysis.
• Familiarity with fintech or expense management is a plus.

Benefits

Compensation includes a salary range of $184,000 - $230,000, with potential equity and additional compensation based on factors such as skills and location.

Location

This role requires willingness to work in the office at least three days per week in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City, with up to four weeks of remote work allowed annually.
