Overview

Figma is expanding its Strategic Finance team, which is dedicated to resolving key business challenges. This team manages the company budget, oversees planning processes, and conducts financial analysis while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to monitor business performance
• Build annual operating plans, quarterly, and monthly financial forecasts
• Develop cross-functional partnerships to provide business insights for executive decisions
• Manage financial processes that support business operations
• Enhance ARR data quality and forecasting in partnership with relevant teams
• Prepare presentations for the Executive Team, including CFO, CMO, and CRO
• Experiment with AI-driven solutions to improve operations
• Support the scaling of financial rhythms as Figma grows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or related fields
• Experience in financial planning and analysis
• Ability to build processes and develop action plans from complex issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the work

Annual Base Salary Range: $115,000 — $245,000 USD
