Technical Program Manager @Figma

Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Technology Services team. In this role, the TPM will partner with Business and Technology teams to lead critical cross-functional programs essential for scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead highly cross-functional programs to deliver complex initiatives.
• Drive project alignment by managing dependencies and guiding technical discussions.
• Anticipate risks and blockers, escalating when necessary.
• Build trusted partnerships across the organization to influence outcomes.
• Champion effective collaboration practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• Ability to handle technical details and adapt communication style for different audiences.
• Thrive in ambiguity with a proactive approach to creating clarity and momentum.
• Track record of fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, GSuite, Zoom, Notion, and Figma.
